Aeolis Everything Terms of Use and Software License

Publisher and seller
Aeolis is a product name of Neitsch Limited Liability Company, a Delaware limited liability company (Delaware file number 7701646). These terms cover the Aeolis Everything Windows application and licenses purchased from Neitsch Limited Liability Company.

License and versions
We grant you a non-exclusive license to install and use Aeolis Everything for personal use or the internal operations of the organization that obtained the license. The Trial edition includes the features marked available in the app. A standard paid key unlocks paid features for the major version shown at purchase, including updates within that major version that we release. A later major version may require a separate purchase. Keep your key private. The desktop app verifies it locally. You may make reasonable backup copies for your use.

The software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You may not sell or distribute the proprietary app or license keys without permission, bypass licensing controls, or use the app unlawfully. These terms do not limit activities that applicable law permits despite a contract restriction or rights that an open-source license grants for a third-party component.

Purchases, delivery, and consumer rights
A standard key is a one-time purchase. Review the price, currency, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Stripe handles payment. After checkout succeeds, we provide a license key on the order confirmation page or by email, as available. The application is an English-language download for supported 64-bit Windows PCs. Some optional features require separately downloaded components, a compatible system, or additional disk space.

For cancellation, refunds, or a missing key, email support@aeolis.us with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Never send a card number or password. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation, conformity, and refund remedies, apply. If a statutory withdrawal period applies, obtaining or activating a key does not by itself waive that right. Any exception for immediate delivery applies only when its legal conditions are met.

Where EU or UK consumer withdrawal rules apply, the withdrawal period for a digital-content contract is generally 14 days after the contract is made. To withdraw, email a clear statement that you are cancelling the purchase to support@aeolis.us. Include your name, address, order reference, purchase date, and the date of your request. You may use the subject "Withdrawal from Aeolis Everything purchase." A statement sent before the applicable deadline is sufficient to give notice. This procedure does not limit other cancellation methods or remedies available under applicable law.

Your files and AI results
You retain your rights in your files. Use the software only with files you are allowed to access and process. Review changes and keep a separate backup before importing, moving, replacing, or editing important files. File operations can fail because of a device, the operating system, storage, permissions, or an interruption. Search, duplicate suggestions, AI-generated labels, and transcripts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before relying on them.

Optional components and external services
Some features use optional components obtained separately from third parties. Those components are governed by their own licenses. When you use a third-party payment page, file-sharing target, or default application, the provider's terms and privacy practices apply to that service. Warranty and liability
Except where applicable law or a specific written promise requires otherwise, the app is provided as available and without implied warranties to the extent the law permits. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the app or license is limited to the amount you paid us for that license, and we exclude indirect and consequential losses. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury where the law prohibits a limit.

Law and questions
Delaware law applies to the extent permitted. You retain mandatory protections and access to courts or other remedies available under the law of your place of residence. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted. Contact support@aeolis.us for questions or complaints.
