Local AI that understands your pictures: just type what you remember, like "red car at sunset" or "grandma's birthday cake". Plus duplicate finding, a dual-pane file manager and everyday photo, audio and video tools. Built for large libraries, with the analysis running on your own PC.
Most "smart" photo search means uploading your life to someone else's server. Aeolis runs the AI right on your PC, so it works offline and your pictures stay private.
Describe the picture the way you would to a friend: "dog on a beach", "whiteboard with diagrams", "snow", "wedding cake". No tags to type, no folders to remember.
The built-in vision model recognizes objects, scenes, colors and settings, so photos turn up even when the file is named IMG_4821.jpg.
Receipts, screenshots, signs and scanned pages become searchable. Type a word and find the picture it appears in.
Analysis runs on your own hardware, with no account and no per-search fees. The picture-search model downloads once (about 150 MB) when you choose, and then works offline.
AI search is included in the free Trial edition. Point it at a folder and start searching.
Phones, cameras, old drives, and cloud exports can leave you with folders of near-identical files. Aeolis Everything brings them together and makes the rest easy to find.
Index folders and drives where they are (included in the Trial edition), or import them into one clean library: copied, flattened and organized, with originals left alone.
Exact and look-alike duplicates, screenshots, and junk files are found in minutes. Review, then send extras to the recycle bin.
Search by name, date, location, or describe what you remember: "dog on a beach", "whiteboard", "birthday cake".
A complete toolkit for big personal and professional media libraries.
Import whole folders and drives into one library, or index a folder in place. Organize by date, resume interrupted imports, and keep several libraries side by side.
Byte-for-byte duplicates across the whole library, grouped with the most space you can reclaim at the top. Keep one, recycle the rest, in a click.
Finds the same photo re-saved, resized, edited or cropped. Choose Strict, Balanced or Loose matching and compare candidates side by side.
Describe a picture in plain English and the on-device AI finds it. Nothing is uploaded, and it works offline after a one-time model download.
Reads text in screenshots, receipts, documents and signs, so you can find an image by a word that appears in it.
Show only screenshots or hide them, filter by GPS location, file type, size and date, or jump to your favorites and your latest import.
Spots macOS leftovers (._ files, .DS_Store) and Apple edit sidecars (.aae) that clutter libraries from phones and Macs, then clears them safely.
Discarding a file only sets it aside. A second step sends it to the Windows Recycle Bin, so a slip does not cost you a photo.
Copy and move files between two panes with classic function-key commands, right beside your library.
Browse phones and drives that Windows exposes, import by file type, and request safe ejection when you finish.
Add your own tags, accept suggested local AI tags, and filter by several tags at once.
Optionally summarize PDFs, Word files and text with a downloadable on-device model. Always check a summary against the original.
Transcribe audio and video locally with Whisper, generate SRT captions, and embed selectable subtitle tracks in MP4 exports.
Require a PIN before a library opens. It keeps casual snoopers out; it does not encrypt your files.
Photos, videos, audio, PDFs, Word and OpenDocument files, RTF, emails (.eml) and text files preview in place. No opening other apps.
Trim clips, crop frames, and convert formats without leaving the app.
Add, rename or delete files in Explorer and the library follows within seconds, using almost no CPU. Built-in safeguards stop a missing drive from wiping your catalog.
A health view flags problems, the catalog compacts on demand, and rolling automatic backups protect your library data.
Square, whole-picture and carousel layouts, favorites, selection tools, and drag and drop straight to Explorer. Light and dark themes follow Windows.
Tell it never to go online for anything. Optional add-ons, like the AI models, download only when you ask.
The catalog, thumbnails, and AI run locally. Optional add-ons need a download before first use. Purchases and license delivery use separate online services.

The short answers.
